Expectations of Ride Quality

We’ve already tested 5 different shock setups on our Bronco 2 Door Sasquatch so far; the ESCV HOSS 2.0 shocks, Bilstein 5100, Eibach 2.0 Pro Truck Coilovers, Icon EXP 2.5 Adjustable height shocks, and Icon 2.5 Coilovers.

Not that we’re bragging or anything…ok maybe just a little… but who can boast about having more experience with the various options on the Bronco than us? We’ve put a ton of miles on all these shocks, in all sorts of terrain, to bring real-world feedback to you guys.

We’ve already topped 70mph in pretty tough terrain out in Johnson Valley (where this Bronco was developed), and the HOSS 2.0 suspension performed phenomenally. We’re expecting to be able to take bigger bumps at similar speeds, even venturing into the whoopy sections without the need for bumpstops.

It's going to be interesting to see how much the DSC settings make a difference for the driver, and the different environments we’ll be taking the Bronco through. Can it make the daily drive more comfortable? How hot can we get these shocks, and will the aluminum body help our experience? These are the things we’ll find out, stay tuned for the review.
