The axle tubes can be heat-treated for increased strength and surface hardness. The housing is custom-built to your specifications with many options available. It is recommended for lighter weight vehicles, hot rods, and pre-runners running 33-37\" tires with lower horsepower engines. The housing features MIG welded construction, a CNC machined seal surface faceplate, a radiused rear truss, and a large filler with an aluminum O-ring cap. It also includes a -8 AN vent fitting and a 3\/4\" NPT drain plug. The 4-link setup uses 5\/8\" bolts at the upper mounts and 3\/4\" bolts at the lower mounts, while the 3-link setup uses 3\/4\" bolts at both the upper and lower mounts.
