Warranties are at the subject of individual manufacturer guidelines, policies, and discretion. Shock Surplus is the arbitrator of warranty claims and submissions, with the ultimate decision in the hands of each individual manufacturer that we sell.
Some instances require the warranty submission be shipped directly to the manufacturer, rather than Shock Surplus. Shock Surplus does not reimburse for shipping costs incurred during the warranty period, which includes the shipping of a defective item, and the shipping costs on the replacement unit(s).
