Component-Specific Replacement
- Warranty coverage applies strictly to individual components with confirmed failures.
- If a single shock fails, only that specific shock will be replaced. Complete pairs or full assemblies are not automatically replaced for single-component issues.
- If multiple shocks experience valid failures, each component will be processed independently under its applicable manufacturer warranty.
Manufacturer Warranty Terms
- Replacement components are provided according to the manufacturer's specific terms and conditions.
- Customers will not be charged for replacement parts that are approved and covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Assembly Labor & Additional Components
- Labor Fees: Standard assembly labor fees apply to all Shock Surplus pre-assembled struts. Assembly labor is a separate service and is not covered under manufacturer warranties.
- Hardware & Mounts: Top hats, mounts, bushings, and other assembly hardware are not automatically replaced under a shock warranty.
- Reusing Parts: Where practical, reusable hardware from your existing assembly will be transferred. If new, non-warranted components are required or requested to complete the build, they will be billed to the customer.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with delivering replacement components or assemblies.
