Avoid at all costs

After promising the shocks would be delivered in 2-3 weeks, they had not even started assembling them at the 3 week mark. And the rear shocks were magically ‘unavailable’. Cancelled the order. And then they send a request for a review!! For shocks that never shipped.

First time purchasing a new set of shocks online, and I need to say the Youtube videos from Shocksurplus are great to help to learn about every kit they sell and to be aware of which one really fits your need. This was huge for me, I went to my local store, and they were trying to sell something that I was not going to need at all for the type of driver I am. Also, reach out to them with questions, and they are really friendly and willing to help.

Got a call from the shop manager and they replaced the lower bushing on the 5125 as well! Great customer service!

Didn’t gain the full 2”

Decent. Did not get 2” lift as advertised. Much closer to 1” on my trd OR 4x4
