Haven't tested them off road yet but on the street you can tell a huge difference in ride quality. The front nose dive notorius with 4Runners when braking is virtually gone! The floating feel when turning is much approved and doesn't throw your passenger against the door or center console when you take a turn faster than 20 mph! The customer service is top notch and they go above and beyond to help you out!! A little slow getting to you but they're super busy and coming from a job in the customer service industry I completey understand so won't be deducting any stars. Due to the fact that once you get somebody they truly care about their customer base and want to help you fix your issue or get the most out of your purchase!!
