FOX releases Extended Length 2.5 Factory Series Coilovers for 4-6" Lift Kits

FOX releases Extended Length 2.5 Factory Series Coilovers for 4-6" Lift Kits

2.5, f150, fox, lift kit, silverado, tacoma -

FOX has released a line of extended length coilovers to accommodate 4-6" lift systems that utilize dropdown crossmembers on late model strut-equipped trucks (F150, Tacoma, Tundra, Silverado, etc). This means those tall steel spacers on top of the factory-height strut tower in your 6" lift kits can be done away with! While the spacers were not detrimental to ride quality, they did nothing to improve the performance or travel availability of your truck.

These new coilovers fit many different brands of lift kits that utilize tall strut spacers:

  • Pro Comp
  • Fabtech
  • Superlift
  • Skyjacker
  • BDS
  • Rough Country
  • Tuff Country
  • Rancho

These new extended travel 2.5 Factory Series coilovers will provide more capability offroad in tough terrain, more durability through billet aluminum race components and an overall better shock than factory. Ride quality is hugely improved as well compared to any 1.8-2inch shock.

Here's what the 2.5 Factory Race Series for the lifted systems looks like, compared to the factory height unit in the 2.0 series.

Where can I find the fox 4-6 inch lift coil overs for a 2012 Silverado 1500. I have a 5 inch rough country lift and I am wanting to do away with the dumb spacer. Thank you.

I have a 2011 Nissan Frontier Pro4x Crewcab with a FABTECH 6 INCH BRACKET STYLE LIFT KIT installed utilizing a SPACER at the Lower Shock mount that extends the Lower Mount eye 5-1/4" down (measured center of eye to eye/hole to hole).
The Rear is raised using a 4 inch Block.
I’m interested in these EXTENDED LENGTH 2.5 FACTORY SERIES COILOVERS with Remote Resi for Fronts and a set of 2.5 Piggybacks for Rears.
Can you recommend a set or can I custom build…and what measurements round you need? All I know is that the Fronts would require a Post or Rod type extender to clear the Steering Arms on my type of truck.
    Please let me know..
    Thanks
    Gilbert
