Product Details
Bilstein B8 6100 rear shocks are engineered for drivers seeking increased performance on and off the pavement. Their large 60mm monotube design provides greater damping capacity and improved heat dissipation for consistent performance during towing, hauling, overlanding, and aggressive off-road driving.
Precisely tuned digressive valving improves vehicle control by reducing body roll, brake dive, and rear-end squat while maintaining a comfortable ride during everyday driving. The larger shock body also provides increased stability for vehicles equipped with larger tires or additional weight.
The Stock Load version is intended for vehicles near their original factory weight. The Heavy Load version is specifically valved for trucks carrying approximately 500 lbs of constant rear weight, making it ideal for permanent accessories such as bed racks, campers, toolboxes, and overland equipment.
Installation hardware includes washers, bushings, reservoir clamps, and nuts. Factory shock mounting bolts are reused during installation.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy — Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include all original hardware.
- No restocking fees for exchanges or gift card credit.
- 10% restocking fee on refunds, returns cost us real money, so the 10% helps keep the lights on.
- Installed, damaged, or dirty parts cannot be returned.
- Any returns missing hardware or miscellaneous items, the return will be denied and returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
Return Shipping Responsibility
CHECKOUT+ Package and Order Protection plan provides prepaid return labels for any returned packages, this fee varies by product.
- Our mistake (misboxed, wrong item, damaged): We cover the cost of return shipping.

Bilstein shocks make your vehicle respond much better than stock shocks. Are they super soft and squishy on the road? No. They give you confidence because your truck or SUV reacts exactly how you expect when you steer or brake. That’s why we say 'Confidence through Control.' If you like having more control and a sportier feel while driving, Bilstein is the right choice. But if you want the same or more comfort than the soft factory shocks, we can recommend other options.
Bilstein 5100 shocks can’t be adjusted for stiffness or rebound. But on some trucks and SUVs (like the Tacoma, F-150, or Tundra), they can adjust the front ride height. This lets you reuse your stock coil springs and still lift the front of your vehicle by up to 2.5 inches, depending on the model. Always check the product details for the exact fit on your vehicle.

If your vehicle has been lifted, use the dropdown menu to pick the correct lift height.
