Shock Surplus has made your install easier with this fully assembled 6112 Coil & Spring kit. Upgrade your 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra with a premium Bilstein suspension package featuring B8 6112 front coilovers paired with your choice of B8 5100 or B8 6100 rear shocks. The 6112 front kit provides adjustable ride height from 0-3" of front lift, based on your engine and sub-model, and helps level your Tundra while improving suspension travel, control, and support for larger tires. Pair it with the dependable 5100 rear shocks or step up to the larger-bodied 6100 rear shocks for increased damping performance and improved control during towing, hauling, and off-road use. Both rear shock options are designed for 0-1" of rear lift and feature Bilstein's monotube gas-pressure technology for consistent, fade-free performance. This package is designed for vehicles without factory Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or rear air suspension, and Bilstein recommends the Heavy Load rear shock option for trucks carrying approximately 500 lbs of constant rear weight.

What the Warranty Covers
Bilstein's warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.
- Bilstein will evaluate the returned product before approving a claim.
- An approved product may be repaired or replaced at Bilstein's discretion.
- Repairing or replacing a product does not restart or extend its original warranty period.
- Bilstein's responsibility will not exceed the original amount paid for the defective product.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear, incorrect use, installation problems, cosmetic conditions, or damage caused by outside factors.
- Normal wear or gradual loss of performance
- Wear to dust boots, mounting hardware, rubber bushings, ball joints, or heim joints
- Improper installation, removal, fastener torque, or use of impact tools
- Products that have been altered or installed with non-OE components
- Products installed on vehicles not listed in Bilstein's application catalog
- Ride-quality preference or dissatisfaction
- Corrosion, surface finish, coating, or cosmetic appearance
- Road hazards, debris impacts, collisions, or severe environmental conditions
- Racing or competitive driving on-road or off-road
- Damage caused by natural disasters or other acts of God
Products Not Covered by This Policy
- Original-equipment products sold to or distributed through a vehicle manufacturer
- Products purchased from a distributor outside the United States, Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico
- Products that are not listed in Bilstein's current warranty chart, unless Bilstein confirms coverage
For an unlisted product or a purchase made outside North America, contact the original seller or Bilstein before submitting a claim.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact the original authorized Bilstein dealer or distributor first.
- If the original seller is no longer in business, contact Bilstein Warranty Support.
- Confirm eligibility and obtain a Warranty Evaluation Form before shipping anything.
- Include the completed form and original proof of purchase with the returned product.
- Wait for Bilstein to inspect the product and provide its decision and next steps.
Products shipped without prior authorization or the required evaluation form may not be accepted.
Shipping Instructions
The customer is responsible for safely packaging and shipping the product to Bilstein.
- Use a trackable shipping method and consider requiring a delivery signature.
- Bilstein is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
- Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.
- Do not ship shock absorbers with loaded springs installed.
- Do not clean oil from a leaking shock before inspection.
- Place leaking products in a sealed plastic bag before packaging.
- Customs, tariffs, handling fees, and other international shipping costs are not covered.

This setup is well suited for commuting, highway travel, camping, gravel roads, hauling gear, and moderate off-road use.
Lift Height and Front-End Setup
The 47-329232 B8 6112 offers multiple spring-seat positions with up to approximately 3.0 inches of front lift, depending on vehicle configuration. This adjustment can reduce factory rake, provide additional clearance, and create a more level stance while maintaining Bilstein's intended suspension performance. Aftermarket upper control arms are not required by Bilstein, but may be beneficial at higher lift settings for additional alignment range and improved suspension geometry.
Choosing Between Rear 5100 and 6100 Shocks
The B8 5100 rear shocks, 24-329217 or 24-332903 depending on application, use a 46mm monotube design that is well suited for daily driving, towing, hauling, and occasional trail use. For more demanding terrain, the B8 6100 options, 24-329248 or 24-332958, use a larger 60mm piston and 2.65-inch body for increased heat capacity and suspension control. Both rear shock families are non-adjustable and support approximately 0-1 inch of rear lift, with the correct part number determined by the truck's configuration and load requirements.

No. They give you confidence because your truck or SUV reacts exactly how you expect when you steer or brake. That’s why we say 'Confidence through Control.' If you like having more control and a sportier feel while driving, Bilstein is the right choice. But if you want the same or more comfort than the soft factory shocks, we can recommend other options
Bilstein 5100 shocks can’t be adjusted for stiffness or rebound. But on some trucks and SUVs (like the Tacoma, F-150, or Tundra), they can adjust the front ride height. This lets you reuse your stock coil springs and still lift the front of your vehicle by up to 2.5 inches, depending on the model. Always check the product details for the exact fit on your vehicle
