Shock Surplus has made your install easier with this fully assembled 6112 Coil & Spring kit. Bilstein's 6112 shock and spring package is designed for the adventure enthusiast wanting more out of their daily-driver or weekend ride. Extremely capable not only off-road, but also dramatically improves on-road handling characteristics and road feedback. The height adjustment of the 6112 kit allows the drive to remain at factory height, or to level out the front end of the vehicle for larger wheel and tire clearance. This Bilstein kit rivals 2.5" race-series shocks and coilovers from the competition, in an easily accessible performance package that can get you almost anywhere off-road. The 5100 monotube design and patented digressive valving is uniquely suited to confront these demands. On or off-road, loaded or unloaded, Bilstein shocks instantly react to changing road inputs to maintain a stable, controlled, and comfortable ride. Bilstein's superior monotube high gas pressure design allows the excessive heat from the oil to transfer to the outer surface of the shock body and dissipate more efficiently. The dividing piston also permits the oil to expand as heat builds, preventing aeration (foaming) and viscosity loss. This allows the shock to maintain full damping characteristics as temperatures rise.

Thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America warrants its gas pressure shock absorbers against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you, the original purchaser, own your car.
If a shock, strut, or coil-over malfunctions and BILSTEIN determines it to be defective, we will either replace it or repair it, depending on the term of the warranty based on the assembly's model type.
BILSTEIN from the factory (original equipment), warranty claims must be directed to the vehicle manufacturer.

BILSTEIN warrants to the original retail purchaser that, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness or fitness for particular purpose, except as may be prohibited by applicable law, is likewise limited in duration to ninety (90) days from the date of original retail purchase. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear or any other loss, liability or damage resulting from improper alteration, disassembly, handling, installation, service, repair or use of this product. Should this product fail as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, contact BILSTEIN's Warranty Service Department by telephone at 1(800) 370-9522, or in writing at thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America 14102 Stowe Drive, Poway, California, 92064, for repair or replacement at Manufacturer's option. Do not return this motorsports product to the place of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to process warranty.
WARRANTY RESTRICTIONS
The limited warranties set forth above do not cover normal wear and tear and are non-transferable. The following are warranty exclusions:
Original equipment shock absorbers (vehicle manufacturer warranty) -Improper installation -Racing, driving competition or off-road use -Modified use or other than BILSTEIN recommended vehicles -Commercial vehicles -Bent or broken Rods showing abuse or abnormal wear
Surface finish, boot or mounting hardware such as, but not limited to, rubber bushings, as well as labor charges are not covered by any of the foregoing limited warranties. BILSTEIN's liability for a defective shock absorber is limited to replacement of shock with a new or reconditioned BILSTEIN shock absorber. Repair or replacement as provided by this warranty is customer's sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a product failure. Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or other damages resulting from the disassembly, handling, installation, service, repair or use of this product. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Note: Other exclusions may or may not apply in certain states or rare circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy — Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include all original hardware.
- No restocking fees for exchanges or gift card credit.
- 10% restocking fee on refunds, returns cost us real money, so the 10% helps keep the lights on.
- Installed, damaged, or dirty parts cannot be returned.
- Any returns missing hardware or miscellaneous items, the return will be denied and returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
Return Shipping Responsibility
CHECKOUT+ Package and Order Protection plan provides prepaid return labels for any returned packages, this fee varies by product.
- Our mistake (misboxed, wrong item, damaged): We cover the cost of return shipping.

Hit it out of the park
Got the 6112 and 5100 for my F150 4WD night and day difference on the street bigtime handling upgrade I have a lot off roundabouts where I live and the stock shocks couldn't handle it with any kind of speed now I have the confidence to drive through the roundabouts all the small bumps are smooth out now no more bounce up and down off road now takes care of the washboard roads and chop and big hits my speed gone up 30 plus on the gravel roads with ease I will also say some people say billstein are a little stiff and fell small bumps more I'm not seeing that at all if your going to upgrade your F150 6112 5100 rears are the way to go was going to do the 5112 in the back but no towing here or bigtime trying to send it the guys at shock surplus said save your money the 5100 will get it done and they are right, totally happy with the purchase my package came damaged from ups for the 6112 and was missing some bolts got on the phone with you guys and you had the bolts sent out to me that day not to many places can get that done way to go guys thanks so much. one more thing I'm finding more excuses for just going out to drive my truck now thanks Andrew

Shocks for Christmas
We use Alan’s truck to haul our toy hauler and more so keeping it in tip top shape is important. He was thrilled when he found out he got a full set of Bilstein shocks for the super duty. With help from his friend Justin I was able to provide quality shocks at a great price and they arrived sooner than promised. Alan was more than happy. Smoothed out my mom 06 Sequoia
Upgraded from some old leaking struts to the 5100 and I could tell a positive difference immediately after test driving it. About 5k miles later new struts feel nice and smooth
