Twin-tube shocks utilize double-walled technology, where the piston divides the interior oil chamber into two working chambers. Under load, the piston pushes the oil down through the inner working chamber and up into the outer chamber. Transitioning from comfortable cruising on the pavement to conquering offroad terrain happens seamlessly thanks to Bilstein's revolutionary damping technology, and strict attention to detail during extensive product development. The external coilovers spring rate is vehicle specific and preloaded to factory specifications, however, the threaded retainer still allows an additional 2 inches of ride height adjustment. The 60mm remote reservoir provides increased oil capacity and enhances cooling. Bilstein B8 8100 is a direct fit, large-bore solution for lifted trucks and SUVs. These shocks are constructed from aerospace quality billet components and utilize a 60MM internal diameter shock body for higher oil volume capacity that will control heat while traversing rough surfaces and long distances.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy — Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include all original hardware.
- No restocking fees for exchanges or gift card credit.
- 10% restocking fee on refunds, returns cost us real money, so the 10% helps keep the lights on.
- Installed, damaged, or dirty parts cannot be returned.
- Any returns missing hardware or miscellaneous items, the return will be denied and returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
Return Shipping Responsibility
CHECKOUT+ Package and Order Protection plan provides prepaid return labels for any returned packages, this fee varies by product.
- Our mistake (misboxed, wrong item, damaged): We cover the cost of return shipping.
- Buyer mistake (wrong item ordered, fitment error, changed mind): Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility - unless CHECKOUT+ Package Protection has been purchased.
- Under 50 lbs: Discounted carrier rate
- Over 50 lbs: Discounted carrier rate + $25 oversize fee
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
