Camburg Product Warranty

Camburg provides limited warranty coverage for eligible suspension products manufactured by Camburg. Coverage depends on the type of component and applies only when the product is properly installed, used, and maintained.

• Coverage applies to the original purchaser.
• Original proof of purchase is required.
• The product must be installed on the vehicle and application for which it was designed.
• Warranty claims are reviewed individually and are subject to Camburg's approval.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Non-wearable suspension products manufactured by Camburg are covered against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product was originally installed.

• Coverage applies during normal use and service.
• The product must remain installed on the original purchaser's vehicle.
• The warranty is not transferable to another purchaser or vehicle.
• Improper installation, alteration, misuse, and accident damage void coverage.

60-Day Wearable Component Warranty

Wearable components are covered against qualifying manufacturing defects for 60 days from the original purchase date.

• Bushings and bump stops
• Rubber and plastic components
• Bearings and tie-rod ends
• Uniballs and heim joints
• Ball joints and similar serviceable components

Wear caused by normal driving, suspension movement, off-road use, contamination, or environmental exposure is not considered a manufacturing defect.

12-Month Coating & Finish Warranty

Camburg coatings and finishes are covered for 12 months from the original purchase date against qualifying manufacturing defects and structural corrosion.

• Scratches and chips are not covered.
• Fading and discoloration are not covered.
• Surface corrosion caused by normal use or environmental exposure is not covered.
• Cosmetic deterioration and installation damage are not covered.

What the Warranty Covers

Camburg's warranty applies to eligible defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.

• The product must be correctly installed and properly maintained.
• The product must be used under normal operating conditions.
• The original product must be returned for inspection.
• An approved product may be exchanged for a new product with the same part number.
• Camburg makes the final decision regarding warranty eligibility.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by installation, use, modification, maintenance, competition, or outside factors.

• Parts that have been altered or modified
• Incorrect or improper installation
• Misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper maintenance
• Accidents, impacts, or collisions
• Normal wear and tear
• Racing or competitive use
• Apparel, merchandise, and cosmetic deterioration
• Products installed on commercial vehicles
• Products installed on an incorrect or unsupported vehicle application

Commercial & Competition Use

Camburg's warranty does not apply to products installed on commercial vehicles or products used during racing or competitive events.

• Commercial operation is excluded from warranty coverage.
• Racing and competitive use are excluded even when the product is designed for high-performance applications.
• Off-road use does not automatically make a failure a manufacturing defect.

Non-Camburg Products

Products sold by Camburg but manufactured by another company are covered only by the original manufacturer's warranty.

• The third-party manufacturer determines the warranty period.
• The third-party manufacturer determines claim eligibility and available remedies.
• Camburg's warranty does not extend or replace another manufacturer's coverage.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact Camburg, the original selling dealer, or a participating Camburg dealer before returning a product or beginning repairs.

• Provide the original warranty certificate when applicable.
• Provide dated proof of purchase.
• Obtain authorization before returning the product.
• Return the original product for inspection.
• Include any photographs, vehicle details, installation information, or other documents requested by Camburg.
• Approved replacements are generally exchanged using the same part number.

Claims submitted without proof of purchase, authorization, or the original product may be denied.

Costs Not Covered

Camburg's warranty is limited to the eligible product or component approved for replacement.

• Labor, removal, or installation charges
• Wheel alignment expenses
• Additional parts required for installation
• Shipping or towing charges
• Rental vehicles or vehicle downtime
• Loss of use, inconvenience, or interrupted operation
• Damage to other vehicle parts or components
• Incidental, indirect, or consequential expenses or damages

Inspection & Maintenance

Suspension components should be inspected regularly and after off-road use. Proper maintenance may affect warranty eligibility.

• Check mounting hardware for looseness.
• Inspect bushings, bearings, joints, and uniballs for wear or damage.
• Lubricate greaseable components at the recommended intervals.
• Inspect components after impacts, collisions, or severe off-road use.
• Confirm proper wheel alignment after installation or suspension changes.
• Replace worn or damaged parts before operating the vehicle.

Warranty Limitations

No additional expressed or implied warranty applies beyond the coverage stated in Camburg's published warranty policy.

• No dealer, installer, or other person may create an additional warranty obligation for Camburg.
• Camburg is not responsible for consequential expenses or damages.
• Warranty rights and available limitations may vary by state.
• Some exclusions may not apply where prohibited by law.
