Camburg Limited Warranty

Camburg Engineering provides limited warranty coverage for eligible Camburg suspension products. All claims are subject to product inspection, documentation requirements, and approval by Camburg.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Non-wearable Camburg-manufactured products and structural components are covered by a limited lifetime warranty from the original purchase date.

• Coverage applies to the original purchaser.
• The product must be used and maintained under normal operating conditions.
• Coverage applies to qualifying defects in materials or workmanship.
• Normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, racing, accidents, and improper installation are not covered.

60-Day Wearable Item Warranty

Wearable components are covered against manufacturing defects for 60 days from the original purchase date.

• Bushings and bump stops
• Rubber and plastic components
• Bearings and tie-rod ends
• Uniballs, heim joints, and ball joints

Normal wear caused by regular driving, off-road use, suspension movement, or environmental exposure is not covered.

12-Month Coating & Finish Warranty

Camburg coatings and finishes are covered for 12 months from the original purchase date against qualifying manufacturing defects and structural corrosion.

• Scratches, chips, fading, and discoloration are not covered.
• Surface corrosion caused by normal use or environmental exposure is not covered.
• Finish damage caused during installation is not covered.

Warranty Claim Requirements

The original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and any documentation requested by Camburg or the authorized selling dealer.

• Obtain warranty authorization before returning a product or beginning repairs.
• The original product must be returned for inspection.
• Approved claims may be exchanged for a replacement with the same part number.
• Claims without authorization or proof of purchase may be denied.

Warranty Exclusions

The Camburg warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by improper use, installation, maintenance, or modification.

• Altered or modified products
• Incorrect installation or improper maintenance
• Misuse, neglect, accidents, or collisions
• Racing or competitive use
• Normal wear and tear
• Apparel, merchandise, or cosmetic deterioration

Off-road use can place additional stress on suspension components and does not automatically qualify a failure as a manufacturing defect.

Costs Not Covered

Camburg's warranty covers only the eligible product or component.

• Labor, installation, or removal costs
• Alignment expenses
• Shipping or towing charges
• Rental vehicles or vehicle downtime
• Loss of use or inconvenience
• Damage to other vehicle components

Non-Camburg Products

Products sold by Camburg but manufactured by another company are covered only by the original manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty periods, claim procedures, remedies, and exclusions are determined by the applicable third-party manufacturer.

Warranty Limitations

No additional expressed or implied warranty applies beyond the coverage described in Camburg's warranty policy.

• No dealer, installer, or other party may create an additional warranty obligation on Camburg's behalf.
• Camburg is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential expenses or damages.
• Additional consumer rights may vary by state.
• Some limitations may not apply where prohibited by law.

Inspection & Maintenance

Suspension components should be inspected during routine service and after off-road use.

• Check mounting hardware for looseness.
• Inspect joints, bushings, and bearings for wear or damage.
• Lubricate greaseable components as required.
• Confirm proper alignment after installation or suspension changes.
• Replace worn or damaged components before operating the vehicle.

Proper installation, inspection, lubrication, and maintenance may affect warranty eligibility.
