Product Description
Fabtech's 6" 4 Link Conversion system for the Ford F450 and F550 Super Duty is built to handle the on and offroad demands of the truck enthusiast. This vehicle's suspension is more robust than the Ford F250 and F350 and therefore demands specialty parts only available from Fabtech.
This system comes with everything needed to convert to a 4 Link front suspension. The system will provide less caster change throughout the travel range which benefits on road driving. Offroad the 4 Link system will provide more articulation than a Radius Arm for increased terrain traversing at all speeds.
Fabtech's 4 Link System has been proven in over 10 years of service in consumer, commercial and military applications. High quality components with properly design suspension geometry is the pinnacle of Super Duty suspension systems.

LINK ARMS & BRACKETS
2" OD Heavy wall link arms have 1/4" thick steel brackets at the axle with adjustable alignment cams and Fabtech's legendary 5 Ton joints® to pivot at the frame for an extended service life. The 5 Ton joints® have been proven in military use for over 10 years and are quiet and strong. The 4 Link Arms attach to stout 1/4" thick steel frame brackets for a solid mounting of the new suspension.
The geometry of the 4 Link arms and frame brackets has been designed to provide an improved highway ride due to reduced caster change and able to tackle rough offroad conditions better than a Radius Arm suspension.
DIRT LOGIC 4.0 CONVERSION
Simplistic super stout 1/4" thick steel brackets utilize the factory coil bucket to bolt in the big Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover. A massive 4" diameter stainless steel body with 1.25 NitroSteel® piston rod for maximum corrosion resistance and durability for the most aggressive driving conditions. coil springs handle the weight of the F450 or F550 and provide a superior ride. The remote aluminum reservoir dissipates heat for continuous damping when driving over extreme terrain at high speed. The pinnacle of all coilover shocks.
TRACK BAR BRACKET
1/4" thick steel bracketry re-positions the factory track bar to center the axle under the vehicle with the increased lift height. Super stout box style bracket is designed to eliminate deflection when the track bar moves through its full cycle.
DROPPED PITMAN ARM
Forged steel construction with high strength material that exceeds the factory specifications. Designed specifically for the F450 and F550 to work in conjunction with the factory drag link and Fabtech's Track Bar bracket for proper steering functionality.
FRONT & REAR BUMP STOP BRACKETS
Heavy duty 1/4" thick steel brackets control the travel eliminating over cycling of the suspension. Super strong construction can handle the full compression impact of the F450 or F550.
SWAY BAR BRACKETS
1/4" thick steel drop brackets re-position the front sway bar for the increased ride height. This allows the sway bar link ends to fully cycle without binding throughout the extended travel range.
BRAKE LINE BRACKETS
Re-positions the factory brake lines down on the frame for the new travel range without having to open the brake system. Keeps factory fluid system intact.
STEERING STABILIZER BRACKETS
Retains the factory F450 or F550 long travel steering stabilizer with a 1/4" thick steel bracket and support brace to help reduce tire shimmy.
REAR LIFT BLOCKS
Steel rear lift blocks replaces the factory blocks for additional lift without changing the ride quality or load carrying capacity.
REAR U-BOLTS
U-Bolts designed to attach the entire rear differential to the vehicle. A critical part that demands the best quality for your vehicle.
DIRT LOGIC 2.25 SHOCKS
Constructed of a stainless steel body with NitroSteel® piston rod for maximum corrosion resistance and durability. Superior ride quality both on and offroad. Excellent damping for offroad use.

FABTECH LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Fabtech Motorsports provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle, on which the product was originally installed, for defects in workmanship and materials.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty excludes the following Fabtech items; bushings, bump stops, ball joints, tie rod ends, limiting straps, cross shafts, heim joints and driveshafts. These parts are subject to wear and are not considered defective when worn. They are warranted for 60 days from the date of purchase for defects in workmanship.
Dirt Logic and Performance Coilover take apart shocks are considered a serviceable shock with a one year warranty on leakage only. Service seal kits are available separately for future maintenance. All other shocks are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Fabtech does not warrant any product for finish, alterations, modifications and/or installation contrary to Fabtech’s instructions. Alterations to the finish of the parts including but not limited to painting, powder coating, plating and/or welding will void all warranties. Some finish damage may occur to parts during shipping, which is considered normal and is not covered under warranty.

Free Shipping on most orders to the lower 48 U.S. states. Truck freight items (over 100 lbs) and custom orders require a separate shipping quote.

- No international shipping on freight items — only to U.S.-based freight forwarders.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy — Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include all original hardware.
- No restocking fees for exchanges or gift card credit.
- 10% restocking fee on refunds, returns cost us real money, so the 10% helps keep the lights on.
- Installed, damaged, or dirty parts cannot be returned.
- Any returns missing hardware or miscellaneous items, the return will be denied and returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
Return Shipping Responsibility
CHECKOUT+ Package and Order Protection plan provides prepaid return labels for any returned packages, this fee varies by product.
- Our mistake (misboxed, wrong item, damaged): We cover the cost of return shipping.
- Buyer mistake (wrong item ordered, fitment error, changed mind): Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility - unless CHECKOUT+ Package Protection has been purchased.
- Under 50 lbs: Discounted carrier rate

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
- Funds typically post to your account in 1–3 business days depending on your payment method.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on all refunds. We don’t get our original shipping, labor, or transaction fees back — so the 10% restocking fee keeps the lights on.
- You will receive an email once your refund is processed.
International Orders
- All international orders are final sale.
- Returns via freight forwarders only accepted if the product hasn’t left the U.S.
- Import taxes, duties, and other possible import-related fees are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in our shipping charges.
