Radflo Manufacturer's Warranty
Radflo products are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of initial purchase by the original retail purchaser. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, a clear description of the problem, and a return authorization number. Radflo Suspension Technology’s obligation under this warranty covers repair or replacement of any part found to be defective, and it reserves the right to all final warranty or non-warranty decisions.
Radflo Suspension Technology does not warrant or make any representations concerning its products when:
- The product has been abused, misused or improperly installed.
- The product has been improperly disassembled, reassembled or serviced.
- The product has been altered, modified or fitted with non-factory parts.
- The product has been improperly lubricated or filled with non-factory oil.
- The product has been damaged by a collision.
- The exterior finish has been damaged by chemicals or corrosive cleaners.
- The product has been damaged or lost during shipping (full value insurance is recommended).
Custom shocks are made to order and are non-refundable.

Once we receive your warranty request, please allow Radflo 1–2 business days to respond. Once reviewed and confirmed, you will be notified if this is a warranty or service issue. Please print your claim form, place it in the box with your item, and ship it to Radflo.
Shipping Info
Free Shipping on most orders to the lower 48 U.S. states. Truck freight items (over 100 lbs) and custom orders require a separate shipping quote.
- Applies to items like axles, leaf springs, and long-travel kits.
- No international shipping on freight items — only to U.S.-based freight forwarders.
- Worldwide shipping available: Canada, Europe, UAE, Australia, and most of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy - Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include all original hardware.
- No restocking fees for exchanges or gift card credit.
- 10% restocking fee on refunds, returns cost us real money, so the 10% helps keep the lights on.
- Installed, damaged, or dirty parts cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Shock Surplus Package and Order Protection plan provides prepaid return labels for any returned packages, this fee varies by product.
- Our mistake (misboxed, wrong item, damaged): We cover the cost of return shipping.
- Your mistake (wrong item ordered, fitment error, changed mind): Return shipping is your responsibility.
- Under 50 lbs: Discounted carrier rate (deducted from your refund).
- Over 50 lbs: Discounted carrier rate + $25 oversize fee (deducted).
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
- Funds typically post to your account in 1-3 business days depending on your payment method.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on all refunds. We do not get our original shipping, labor, or transaction fees back - so the 10% restocking fee keeps the lights on.
- You will receive an email once your refund is processed.
International Orders
- All international orders are final sale.
- Returns via freight forwarders only accepted if the product has not left the U.S.
- Import taxes and fees are the buyer's responsibility and not included in our shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for goods once exported outside the U.S.
