Warranty Policy
All warranty returns require a Return Authorization form as described below.
Warranties cover defects in design and manufacturing only. Warranties do not cover, among other things: installation errors, expenses related to installation and labor, vehicle down time, wear and tear, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions, defects due to custom specifications provided by you, or any product modifications, configurations or combinations not performed by us or on our behalf. Also note the exceptions below for third-party purchases.
AlphaRex 2 years manufacturer warranty periods start on the date of purchase. You must be the original owner with proof of purchase upon claim or proof of product registration.
For all warranty returns, we will pay the freight costs on the condition that you return the defective product within 90 days of delivery; otherwise, the product must be returned to us with freight prepaid by you. At our option and as the exclusive remedy, we will repair or replace the product in question, or issue credit. If an identical product is no longer available, we may replace with a similar product of comparable value.
Warranties submitted without RMA form will not be processed.
• Water leak under normal usage (no modification) will be covered under warranty.
• Light source modification (HID/LED conversion) without proper weather protection that results in moisture or condensation will not be covered under warranty.
• Water damage — product getting submerged in water caused by severe off-road usage will not be covered under warranty.
• DO NOT use dielectric or any type of weather sealing grease on connectors or sockets. Doing so will result in connection problems and will not be covered under warranty.
• AlphaRex USA specializes in aftermarket headlights and taillights. Some products may include plugs and converters that could replace or eliminate existing components. Customers are strongly encouraged to retain original (OEM) sockets and wiring for future installations or applications. AlphaRex USA is not responsible for modifications made to OEM wiring or components, nor for replacing parts not included in the original purchase.

Free Shipping on most orders to the lower 48 U.S. states. Truck freight items (over 100 lbs) and custom orders require a separate shipping quote.
- Applies to items like axles, leaf springs, and long-travel kits.
- No international shipping on freight items — only to U.S.-based freight forwarders.
- Worldwide shipping available: Canada, Europe, UAE, Australia, and most of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy - Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include all original hardware.
- No restocking fees for exchanges or gift card credit.
- 10% restocking fee on refunds, returns cost us real money, so the 10% helps keep the lights on.
- Installed, damaged, or dirty parts cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Shock Surplus Package and Order Protection plan provides prepaid return labels for any returned packages, this fee varies by product.
- Our mistake (misboxed, wrong item, damaged): We cover the cost of return shipping.
- Your mistake (wrong item ordered, fitment error, changed mind): Return shipping is your responsibility.
- Under 50 lbs: Discounted carrier rate (deducted from your refund).
- Over 50 lbs: Discounted carrier rate + $25 oversize fee (deducted).
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
- Funds typically post to your account in 1-3 business days depending on your payment method.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on all refunds. We do not get our original shipping, labor, or transaction fees back - so the 10% restocking fee keeps the lights on.
- You will receive an email once your refund is processed.
International Orders
- All international orders are final sale.
- Returns via freight forwarders only accepted if the product has not left the U.S.
- Import taxes and fees are the buyer's responsibility and not included in our shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for goods once exported outside the U.S.
