CAMBURG WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants that all CAMBURG ENGINEERING Products are free from defects. Our suspension products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was originally installed. The warranty is void if the products are not installed properly on the vehicle for which it is designed.
This warranty does not apply to any product installed on any commercial vehicle or improperly installed, altered, or subjected to misuse or damage from accidents. Also, cost of labor and any additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement product are not covered by this warranty.
The warranty certificate, along with proof of purchase, MUST be presented to Camburg or the service outlet from which you originally purchased the product, or any participating dealer, when making a claim for replacement. The original product must also be returned and exchanged for a new product of the same part number.
Any non-Camburg manufactured product is subject and limited to that specific manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
No other warranty, expressed or implied (including merchantability), applies to the product, nor is any person or the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for consequential damages, including, but not limited to, installation and removal of products, towing costs, shipping costs, rental vehicles and inconvenience or interruption in any operation.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Always inspect your suspension after off-roading and at your routine service intervals.
- Non-wearable items produced by Camburg: Limited Lifetime Warranty from date of purchase with original owner during normal use and service.
- Wearable Items: Including, but not limited to bushings, bump stops, rubber or plastic components, bearings, tie rod ends, uniball, heim, and ball joints are warranted for 60 days from date of purchase for manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
- Coatings and Finish: Covered for 12 months structural corrosion and manufacturing defects. Scratches, fading, surface corrosions and other cosmetic issues are not covered.
- Warranty exclusions:• Parts have been altered in any way• Damage due to incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, accidents, collisions, etc.• Costs other than the item itself, including but not exclusive to: labor, alignment, shipping, vehicle downtime, inconvenience, other component damage, etc.• Regular wear and tear• Apparel and other merchandise• Any usage during racing or competitive events
All warranty claims are on a case-by-case basis and subject to the discretion of Camburg.
Shipping Info
Free Shipping on most orders to the lower 48 U.S. states. Truck freight items (over 100 lbs) and custom orders require a separate shipping quote.
- Applies to items like axles, leaf springs, and long-travel kits.
- No international shipping on freight items — only to U.S.-based freight forwarders.
- Worldwide shipping available: Canada, Europe, UAE, Australia, and most of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy - Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include all original hardware.
- No restocking fees for exchanges or gift card credit.
- 10% restocking fee on refunds, returns cost us real money, so the 10% helps keep the lights on.
- Installed, damaged, or dirty parts cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Shock Surplus Package and Order Protection plan provides prepaid return labels for any returned packages, this fee varies by product.
- Our mistake (misboxed, wrong item, damaged): We cover the cost of return shipping.
- Your mistake (wrong item ordered, fitment error, changed mind): Return shipping is your responsibility.
- Under 50 lbs: Discounted carrier rate (deducted from your refund).
- Over 50 lbs: Discounted carrier rate + $25 oversize fee (deducted).
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
- Funds typically post to your account in 1-3 business days depending on your payment method.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on all refunds. We do not get our original shipping, labor, or transaction fees back - so the 10% restocking fee keeps the lights on.
- You will receive an email once your refund is processed.
International Orders
- All international orders are final sale.
- Returns via freight forwarders only accepted if the product has not left the U.S.
- Import taxes and fees are the buyer's responsibility and not included in our shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for goods once exported outside the U.S.
