At Diode Dynamics, we want to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we offer a straightforward satisfaction guarantee: If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, just contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will arrange a refund of your purchase price, or exchange the items with no hassle.

Free Support Forever

Diode Dynamics always provides free lifetime support and assistance to any customer. If your warranty has expired, you will continue to receive free service, and we will assist you in determining a solution or possible repair to any issues you might be having with our products.

Confirm Your Warranty

Diode Dynamics products are available from Authorized Dealers around the world. If you need to make a warranty claim, you will be asked to provide information about your original purchase. To speed up this process, and claim your warranty coverage now, we encourage all customers to complete warranty registration for their products.

All Products: 3-Year Replacement Limited Warranty

Diode Dynamics warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years after the date of purchase, subject to exceptions, limitations, and stipulations. For approved warranty claims, Diode Dynamics will replace the defective product with the same product or, if it has been discontinued, one comparable in performance and value.

If you have an issue with any product, we will diagnose the issue with you, and you may be required to answer questions or assist in the diagnosis. If Diode Dynamics determines that your product is defective in material or workmanship, an RMA number will be issued before any items are returned.

U.S. Customers: All initial shipping costs are covered by Diode Dynamics. In most cases, replacement products will be shipped immediately with a return label. One free return label is provided per order.

International Customers: For warranty orders over $200, defective products must be returned before replacements are sent. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for claims over $200. Orders under $200 will be replaced immediately, with replacement shipping costs covered by the customer.

Select Products: 8-Year Limited Warranty

In addition to the 3-Year Replacement Limited Warranty, select Diode Dynamics products carry an 8-Year Limited Warranty. This includes select Stage Series and Elite Series lamp assemblies and mounting brackets. Wiring, harnesses, lens covers, and accessories are excluded.

After the initial 3 years, Diode Dynamics will continue to warrant select products for an additional 5 years against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies to functional failure only and does not cover cosmetic issues.

Products must be returned at the customer’s expense after the initial 3-year period for inspection. Replacement or repair will be provided at the sole discretion of Diode Dynamics. U.S. customers will receive return shipping coverage; international customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Select Products: Limited Lifetime Warranty

Select products are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty, including SL2 LED Bulbs, SL2 Pro LED Bulbs, select Stage Series LED pods, Stage Series Rock Lights, and off-road mounting brackets for qualifying purchases on or after April 15, 2025.

After the initial 3-year Replacement Limited Warranty, Diode Dynamics will continue to warrant these products against defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Cosmetic issues are not covered.

Exceptions, Limitations, and Stipulations

• Warranty terms and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Proof of purchase is required for warranty requests.
• Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
• Warranty periods are based on the original purchase date and RMA submission date.
• Commercial or industrial use limits coverage to the 8-Year Limited Warranty.
• Surface finish wear from normal use is not covered.
• Condensation caused by temperature changes is normal unless caused by seal failure.
• Only defective components may be replaced where applicable.
• Labor and installation costs are not covered.

Product Modifications

Opening, disassembling, cutting wires, attempting repairs, or modifying products outside of Diode Dynamics specifications will void warranty coverage. Products should be installed and used according to provided instructions.

Replacing lenses on products marketed as replaceable will void the 3-Year Replacement Warranty but will not void the 8-Year Limited Warranty. Moisture intrusion in serviceable lamps may require customer resealing prior to warranty service.
