Product Description
Fabtech's 4" 4 Link Conversion System for the Ford F250/F350 is designed to provide maximum suspension performance for both on and offroad use. The system replaces the factory Radius Arm suspension with heavy duty 4 Link components for increased strength and functionality. The system will provide near zero caster change throughout the travel range which benefits on road driving. When offroad the 4 Link system will provide more articulation than a Radius Arm for increased terrain traversing at all speeds.
The front suspension receives the finest shock upgrade on the market with the Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover conversion. It will provide outstanding damping capacity offroad with a quality on road ride. This Coilover bolts in place of the factory coil spring without removal of the coil spring bucket. The Dirt Logic is constructed with a stainless steel body for maximum corrosion resistance. It comes with a giant 4" diameter aluminum remote reservoir that mounts horizontally above the Coilover to allow for full compression travel with oversized tires.
The rear suspension receives a 5" lift block, extended bump stop brackets and Dirt Logic 2.25 shocks for a balanced ride quality.
This 4 Link system with the Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilovers is the pinnacle of all Super Duty suspension systems for owners that demand the best.
System includes a free 5 year 60,000 mile powertrain warranty.

LINK ARMS & BRACKETS
2" OD Heavy wall link arms have 1/4" thick steel brackets at the axle with adjustable alignment cams and Fabtech's legendary 5 Ton joints® to pivot at the frame for an extended service life. The 5 Ton joints® have been proven in military use for over 10 years and are quiet and strong. The 4 Link Arms attach to stout 1/4" thick steel frame brackets for a solid mounting of the new suspension.
The geometry of the 4 Link arms and frame brackets has been designed to provide an improved highway ride due to reduced caster change and able to tackle rough offroad conditions better than a Radius Arm suspension.
DIRT LOGIC 4.0 CONVERSION
Simplistic super stout 1/4" thick steel brackets utilize the factory coil bucket to bolt in the big Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover. A massive 4" diameter stainless steel body with 1.25" NitroSteel® piston rod for maximum corrosion resistance and durability for the most aggressive driving conditions. coil springs handle the weight of the Super Duty while providing 2" of increased wheel travel over stock. The remote aluminum reservoir dissipates heat for consistent damping when driving over extreme terrain at high speed. The ultimate of all coilover shocks.
DROPPED PITMAN ARM
Forged steel construction with high strength material that exceeds the factory specifications. Designed specifically for the Super Duty to work in conjunction with the factory drag link and Fabtech's extended length Track Bar for proper steering functionality.
FRONT & REAR BUMP STOP BRACKETS
Heavy duty 1/4" thick steel brackets extend the factory bump stop cushions down to eliminate over cycling of the suspension. The bracket's semi boxed construction can handle the full impact compression of the massive Super Duty.
SWAY BAR BRACKETS
1/4" thick steel drop brackets re-position the front sway bar for the increased ride height. This allows the sway bar link ends to fully cycle without binding throughout the extended travel range.
BRAKE LINE BRACKETS
Re-positions the factory brake lines down on the frame for the new travel range without having to open the brake system. Keeps factory fluid system intact.
STEERING STABILIZER BRACKETS
Retains the stock Ford heavy duty steering stabilizer with a 1/4" thick steel bracket and support brace to help reduce tire shimmy.
REAR LIFT BLOCKS
Cast iron 5" rear lift blocks provide lift without changing the ride quality of the factory rear suspension or load carrying capacity.
REAR U-BOLTS
U-Bolts designed to attach the entire rear differential to the vehicle. A critical part that demands the best quality for your vehicle.
DIRT LOGIC 2.25 SHOCKS

FABTECH LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Fabtech Motorsports provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle, on which the product was originally installed, for defects in workmanship and materials.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty excludes the following Fabtech items; bushings, bump stops, ball joints, tie rod ends, limiting straps, cross shafts, heim joints and driveshafts. These parts are subject to wear and are not considered defective when worn. They are warranted for 60 days from the date of purchase for defects in workmanship.
Dirt Logic and Performance Coilover take apart shocks are considered a serviceable shock with a one year warranty on leakage only. Service seal kits are available separately for future maintenance. All other shocks are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Fabtech does not warrant any product for finish, alterations, modifications and/or installation contrary to Fabtech’s instructions. Alterations to the finish of the parts including but not limited to painting, powder coating, plating and/or welding will void all warranties. Some finish damage may occur to parts during shipping, which is considered normal and is not covered under warranty.

Free Shipping on most orders to the lower 48 U.S. states. Truck freight items (over 100 lbs) and custom orders require a separate shipping quote.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy — Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include all original hardware.
- No restocking fees for exchanges or gift card credit.
- 10% restocking fee on refunds, returns cost us real money, so the 10% helps keep the lights on.
- Installed, damaged, or dirty parts cannot be returned.
- Any returns missing hardware or miscellaneous items, the return will be denied and returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
Return Shipping Responsibility
CHECKOUT+ Package and Order Protection plan provides prepaid return labels for any returned packages, this fee varies by product.
- Our mistake (misboxed, wrong item, damaged): We cover the cost of return shipping.
- Buyer mistake (wrong item ordered, fitment error, changed mind): Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility - unless CHECKOUT+ Package Protection has been purchased.

Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

International Orders
- All international orders are final sale.
- Returns via freight forwarders only accepted if the product hasn’t left the U.S.
