Unlike the Gravity Pro6, the Gravity Titan is not available in vehicle-specific complete kits that include the mounting bracket. Instead, the Gravity Titan is sold individually, as pair packs, and in various light bar lengths, w/ specific vehicle mounting brackets available for purchase separately from KC. Notably, they utilize the same brackets as the Pro6 line, ensuring compatibility and ease of use. The Gravity(r) Titan(tm) LED Light Bars revolutionize off-road lighting, merging KC's pioneering linkable and curvable design of the Pro6 but amping up the performance. At their heart lies the innovative Titan Core driving 3-Source LED optics, delivering a 1.3x larger Illumination Zone, 1.7x brighter output, and 1.3x more beam distance than the Gravity Pro6. 2. If you have an issue, open a ticket for a new claim
3. Once you receive the RMA approval, ship it back to us — no hassles, no red tape

Exclusions
While we back our products for life, this Guarantee does not cover:
• Loss or theft
• Deliberate or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
• Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
• Extreme conditions beyond reasonable use (such as fire, flooding, or severe impact)
• Normal wear and tear
• Certain products (like solar panels, flashlights, and older halogen models) may carry modified coverage

Products purchased directly from kchilites.com, by phone, authorized KC dealers, or in-store at our Flagstaff location are eligible — provided the product was registered within 60 days of purchase. This ensures we can verify it’s an authentic KC product and support it with the coverage you deserve.
Shipping Info
Free Shipping on most orders to the lower 48 U.S. states. Truck freight items (over 100 lbs) and custom orders require a separate shipping quote.
- Applies to items like axles, leaf springs, and long-travel kits.
- No international shipping on freight items — only to U.S.-based freight forwarders.
- Worldwide shipping available: Canada, Europe, UAE, Australia, and most of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy - Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include all original hardware.
- No restocking fees for exchanges or gift card credit.
- 10% restocking fee on refunds, returns cost us real money, so the 10% helps keep the lights on.
- Installed, damaged, or dirty parts cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Shock Surplus Package and Order Protection plan provides prepaid return labels for any returned packages, this fee varies by product.
- Our mistake (misboxed, wrong item, damaged): We cover the cost of return shipping.
- Your mistake (wrong item ordered, fitment error, changed mind): Return shipping is your responsibility.
- Under 50 lbs: Discounted carrier rate (deducted from your refund).
- Over 50 lbs: Discounted carrier rate + $25 oversize fee (deducted).
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
- Funds typically post to your account in 1-3 business days depending on your payment method.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on all refunds. We do not get our original shipping, labor, or transaction fees back - so the 10% restocking fee keeps the lights on.
- You will receive an email once your refund is processed.
International Orders
- All international orders are final sale.
- Returns via freight forwarders only accepted if the product has not left the U.S.
- Import taxes and fees are the buyer's responsibility and not included in our shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for goods once exported outside the U.S.
