PASSENGER CAR, LIGHT TRUCK & MOTORHOME: KONI North America LLC warrants all new KONI shock absorbers (purchased after 5/1/1980) and suspension kits (purchased after 1/1/1995) to the original retail purchaser for use in the United States and Canada against defects in materials and workmanship, excluding mounting hardware and bushings, when used under normal operating conditions for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle registered for street use on which the KONI shock absorbers were originally installed. This warranty does not apply to, and KONI makes no warranty for, shock absorbers and suspension kits that have been:
In the event of defect, malfunction, or failure of the KONI shock absorbers to conform to this warranty, the original purchaser must follow the warranty procedures listed on the KONI North America LLC web site. Upon verification, KONI North America LLC, or its servicing organization, will repair or replace the shock absorbers at no cost to the original user. KONI North America LLC will not pay for the cost of the installation of the new or repaired shock absorbers. The cost of postage and return shipping shall be prepaid by the original purchaser.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED SOLELY TO THE ABOVE. ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW WILL APPLY ONLY FOR THE TERM STATED ABOVE. KONI NORTH AMERICA LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER BASED UPON WARRANTY, CONTRACT OR NEGLIGENCE AND ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, USE, OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. UNLESS OTHERWISE CONTRARY TO STATE LAW GOVERNING THE PURCHASE, KONI NORTH AMERICA LLC'S LIABILITY SHALL NOT IN ANY CASE EXCEED THE CONTRACT OR SALE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT CLAIMED TO BE DEFECTIVE OR UNSUITABLE. Start Your Return Process
We sell only brand new, never-installed, authentic, brand-name parts. If your order arrives damaged, is missing hardware, appears used or pre-installed, or is incomplete in any way, we will jump into action to send replacements. We can usually have replacements sent immediately for these rare cases of damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders.
Shock Surplus allows returns and exchanges inside of a 30-day window starting from time of receipt by the customer. It is our mission to make every transaction smooth, and fix any issues you may encounter.

Customers that wish to return products in order to exchange for different product will not be subject to a restocking fee. Our staff is on hand to make sure that your first purchase is exactly correct for your needs and vehicle, do not hesitate to contact us prior to your purchase through Live Chat or Email.
To start a return or exchange, please fill out THIS FORM, and be as specific as possible, and someone will be in touch with you in ~1 business day. The typical turnaround for a refund or exchange is 5-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the case. Exchanges are subject to availability of stock; any exchanges proving out of stock will be refunded to the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return. The amount of time it takes for your refund to show up in your account varies by payment method, but typically takes 1-3 business days. You will also receive a message confirming the refund via the marketplace where the purchase happened. We wish we could speed up the process of funds reaching your payment method following a refund, but it is out of our hands.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account (top right corner of the screen), view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
